**Summary**

You'll be responsible for making creative content to build brand awareness, drive engagement and promote the company's services.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Q&A websites: Regularly post questions and answers on Q&A websites like Quora and Reddit. Handle multiple accounts, if required.
- Content creation: Create engaging text, images and content that align with overall marketing efforts.
- Brand listening: Monitor competitor activities and industry trends and adjust strategy accordingly.
- Social media strategy: Develop, implement and manage a comprehensive social media strategy.
- Platform management: Manage social accounts on platforms like Instagram, Twitter, Facebook and LinkedIn. Optimize content for trends and algorithm changes.
- Campaign development: Plan, execute and monitor campaigns to promote products, services or other marketing initiatives.
- Analytics and reporting: Regularly analyse metrics and performance. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Documenting Processes: Contribute to a knowledge-sharing culture within the company.

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of social media platforms and best practices.
- Experience in content writing.
- Experience with graphic design.
- Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative ideas.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
