UI Designer Responsibilities:

- Developing wireframes and task flows based on user needs of Joonify.
- Understand product specifications and user psychology of Joonify.
- Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs of Joonify.
- Find creative ways to solve UI problems (e.g. usability, findability) of Joonify

Platform.
- Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends
- Owning all phases of the design lifecycle from user research (primary and

secondary) to ideation, design execution and user testing
- Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams

internal and external to Joonify.
- Developing and maintaining documentation regarding style guidelines
- Presenting ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders

incorporating feedback in your designs
- Improve the look and feel of interactive computers and product software
- Create overall concepts for the user experience within a business webpage or

product, ensuring all interactions are intuitive and easy for customers
- Analyze customer responses and website data to determine high traffic web

pages and why some perform better than others
- Design the aesthetics to be implemented within a website or product, from the

layout menus and drop-down options to colors and fonts
- Build storyboards to conceptualize designs and convey project plans to clients

and management

UX Designer Requirements:

- Degree/diploma in Design or related field
- Prior experience as a UI Designer as well as a strong portfolio of related

projects
- A solid understanding of graphic design and web technologies
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop) as well

UX software such as Sketch, OmniGraffle, Axure, InVision, UXPin, Balsamiq,

Framer etc.
- Basic HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript skills are a plus
- Exposure to Lean/Agile methodologies
- Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio of design projects
- Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture
- Excellent communication skills and can collaborate effectively with

stakeholders at different levels of seniority.
- Excellent communication skills that can clearly articulate your ideas, designs,

and suggestions
- Continued education and research into UI trends and current design strategy

and technology
