4. Customer follow-up, negotiation and closing.

**Responsibilities** - Generate business through team and network.

Timely reporting as per instruction.

**Requirements**:
**1. Person with atleast 3 years experience in Tourism or MLM or sales & marketing. Retired personal or Housewife or person looking for part time job can also apply.**

**2. Must have good communication skills in Bengali and English/Hindi.**

**3. Willing to travel and explore new opportunities.**

**4. Should not be above 55 years of age.**

**5. Should be flexible and urge for learning and skill development.**

**6. Should be have good social network and contacts.**

**7. Should have knowledge of computer operations and have computer system in house.**

**8. Should have vehicle for commute.**

**9. Should have good social network and can create Tour groups on Monthly basis.**

**Job Criteria for Full Time**:
**Training Period
- 3Months**

During this period you will be paid on quarterly basis after completion of given task. You will be given a task to create group for any Destination trip. You need to complete the task within the given period.

**Probation Period
- 3 months**

During this Period you will be paid on Quarterly basis. To complete the Probation Period you need to Complete the given task within the Period. On completion of Probation Period you will appoint as regular employee with monthly salary.

Pay: ₹150,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per year
