**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and administer mock tests to assess learners' proficiency.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance performance.

- Implement effective tracking systems to monitor learners' progress.
- Communicate clearly and effectively with learners, addressing questions and concerns.
- Manage training schedules efficiently to optimize learning outcomes.

**Qualifications**:

- CELTA certification or equivalent.
- Max Muller C1-level certification is highly desirable.
- Proven experience as a German Trainer or in a similar role.
- Excellent command of both English and German languages, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to tailor teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional development in language education.
