Boeing India IT Product Systems team is currently looking for an **Experienced Scrum Master **to join them in their team in Bangalore, India.

**Position Responsibilities**:

- Implement Project Management/Best Practices
- Keep all Parties on Track and Informed.
- Introduce Agile Engineering Practices
- Assist the Product Owner with the Product Backlog.
- Teach Scrum Practices and Principles.
- Lead the scrum team in using Agile methodology and scrum practices
- Helping the product owner and development team to achieve customer satisfaction
- Lead the scrum and development teams in self-organization
- Remove impediments and mentor the scrum team on removing impediments
- Help the scrum and development teams to identify and fill in blanks in the Agile framework
- Resolve conflicts and issues that occur
- Help the scrum team achieve higher levels of scrum maturity
- Support the Product Owner and provide education where needed

**Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience)**:

- Experienced in handling at least 2 agile teams
- Agile certifications (CSM, PSM, PMI-ACP etc)
- Should be a self-starter and provide with mínimal support and oversight.
- Great understanding of Jira board setup and maintenance from scratch
- Excellent Presentation and soft skills to work in a globally distributed team.
- Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflicts.
- Knowledgeable in techniques to fill in gaps in the scrum
- Experience with successful Agile techniques
- Ability to work with and lead a team.
- Strong communication, interpersonal and mentoring skills
- Ability to adapt to a changing environment
- Self-motivation and ability to stay focused in the middle of distraction

**Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience)**:

- Experience in Aerospace domain

**Typical Education & Experience**:
Typically 8-12 years related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (eg. bachelor, master, etc) preferred but not required.
