**Key Responsibilities**:
- Supervise and manage day-to-day office operations.
- Answer internal phone calls, schedule meetings and support visitors.
- Carry out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
- Manage operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of Technical, Accounts and administrative activities.
- Maintain accurate records of stationary and other relevant inventory.
- Prepare and distribute reports, presentations, and other documents as needed by Technical Team, Accounts Team, HR Team and Marketing Team.
- Manage confidential information with discretion.
- Ensure operations of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories and evaluating new equipment and techniques.
- Provide information by answering questions and requests by client.
- Payment follow-up
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types:
