Bengaluru- Work Type: Full Time**Responsibilities**:

- Empathize with the customer and understand their needs at deep level- Envision fresh product experiences in-app, on the web, media and offline-
- Design screens, flow and user interface in a design-first development process-
- Test implemented designs and consult with peers on feedback-
- Support brand development efforts and articulate an effective design language-
- Manage company website and web presence including social media handles-
- Grow with the product and solve critical design and communication challenges-
- Exercise impeccable judgement and intuitive design sense on public communications- Adhere to brand design guidelines and bring uniformity across all products of Velocity
- Requirements
- Experience developing technology-based, consumer-facing designs (fintech domain is a plus)- Comfortable with simplifying complex concepts without dumbing them down-
- Very good understanding of a holistic UX design process, including user context and motivation research-
- Experience designing wireframes, mock ups and final UI screens in a structured and well-managed project-
- Up-to-date on the latest fintech industry trends and able to articulate ideas clearly and with confidence-
- Proficient with tools such as Figma, Illustrator, and/or Photoshop-
- Excellent inter-personal and time-management skills-
- Sharp writing and communication skills- You have other artistic talents like illustrating, filmmaking, writing
