**)Responsibilities**:
- Office maintenance: Ensure cleanliness and tidiness of the office premises, including workstations, conference rooms, and common areas. Regularly organize and replenish office supplies as needed.
- Mail handling: Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages. Prepare outgoing mail and coordinate with courier services for timely deliveries.
- Documentation and filing: Assist in organizing and maintaining important documents, invoices, and records. Create and update files, maintain databases, and retrieve information as required.
- Inventory management: Monitor and track office supplies, stationery, and other consumables. Maintain appropriate inventory levels, place orders for replenishment, and coordinate with vendors for timely delivery.
- Meeting and event support: Assist in scheduling meetings, preparing meeting rooms, and arranging necessary equipment or materials. Take meeting minutes and distribute them to relevant participants when required.
- Travel arrangements: Support employees in making travel arrangements for business trips, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. Prepare itineraries, manage travel expense reports, and coordinate with travel agencies or vendors.
- Visitor assistance: Provide general support to colleagues and visitors by directing them to the appropriate personnel or department. Respond to basic inquiries and offer hospitality services as needed.
- Administrative tasks: Support various departments with ad hoc administrative tasks, such as data entry, preparing presentations, conducting research, or assisting with special projects.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in commerce (B.Com) or equivalent
- 1-2 years of relevant experience as an Office Boy or in a similar administrative role, preferably in a pharmaceutical or healthcare setting.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using office equipment, such as printers, scanners, and photocopiers.
- Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision and as part of a team.
- Professional and reliable with a positive attitude.
**Job Type**: Regular / Permanent
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
