**Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include**:
1. Create true-to-brand, scroll-pausing creative communication & write brand stories, positioning statements, and brand messaging statements

2. Build and execute a social media strategy through market research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification to assist in brand building

3. Create traffic for the organization through posts and work on lead generation

4. Interact with followers and potential through the company's social pages

5. Assist in executing plans to increase followers on popular social media websites such as Instagram, Facebook, etc.

6. Generate ideas and concepts with the design and customer success team

7. Create graphics and posts from scratch

8. Shoot videos and do photography

9. Work on brand collaborations

**Other requirements**

1. Innate interest in fashion and styling is a bonus

**Stipend structure**: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 6000 per performance based).

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
