**Key Responsibilities**:
**Curriculum Delivery**:

- Deliver engaging and effective classroom/online sessions covering the entire CCC syllabus, with a significant emphasis on Tally software (e.g., Tally Prime/ERP 9).
- Explain complex Tally concepts (accounting principles, ledger creation, voucher entries, inventory management, GST, payroll, financial statements, etc.) in a clear and understandable manner.
- Develop and update lesson plans, course materials, presentations, and practical assignments in line with the CCC curriculum and industry best practices for Tally.
- Ensure all course content is accurate, up-to-date, and relevant to current Tally versions and accounting standards.
- Conduct regular assessments, quizzes, and mock tests to evaluate student understanding and progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students, identify areas for improvement, and offer individualized support as needed.
- Guide students in preparing for the CCC examination, particularly the Tally-related sections.
- Address student queries and provide clarification on course content and practical exercises.
- Maintain a positive, interactive, and conducive learning environment.
- Manage classroom dynamics effectively and ensure active participation from students.
- Monitor student attendance and progress.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**:

- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Tally (e.g., Tally Certified Professional, Tally Prime Expert) are highly desirable.
- CCC certification is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 0-2 years
