**Job Title**: ERP Executive

**Location**: KANHA MAKHAN GROUP OF SCHOOLS, MATHURA

**Salary**: 15k to 18k in hand

**Reports To**: ERP Manager/IT Manager

**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**

**ERP System Management**
- Monitor and maintain the ERP system to ensure smooth and uninterrupted operations.
- Assist in configuring and customizing the ERP system to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement system improvements.

**User Support and Training**
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving issues and answering queries.
- Conduct training sessions for staff to ensure efficient use of the ERP system.
- Document and update user manuals and training materials as needed.

**Data Management and Reporting**
- Oversee data accuracy and integrity within the ERP system.
- Generate reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Assist in data migration and integration projects when necessary.

**System Upgrades and Testing**
- Participate in ERP system upgrades, patches, and maintenance activities.
- Conduct system testing to ensure functionality and compatibility with organizational requirements.
- Work closely with the IT team to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.

**Compliance and Security**
- Ensure adherence to data protection and security policies within the ERP system.
- Maintain compliance with organizational and regulatory standards for system usage.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms.
- Strong understanding of business processes in areas such as finance, HR, inventory, or procurement.
- Proficiency in database management and reporting tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to work effectively with non-technical users.
