Depot Incharge

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee end-to-end depot operations including **inward, outward, opening stock, and dispatch** processes.
- Generate and maintain **daily stock sheets**, ensuring stock accuracy through timely updates and physical verification.
- Monitor **pending deliveries**, follow up with dispatch teams, and ensure on-time fulfillment.
- Handle **e-way bill generation and compliance**, coordinating with transporters for smooth movement of goods.
- Maintain accurate records of **inward and outward stock**, and track **closing stock** daily.
- Coordinate with transporters to schedule timely and cost-efficient deliveries.
- Conduct regular **safety checks**, ensuring depot operations adhere to safety and hygiene standards.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies such as damage, expiry, and pilferage.
- Supervise depot staff and loaders; assign tasks and ensure disciplined operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments (sales, supply chain, logistics) for seamless workflow.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration preferred.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in depot/warehouse management, ideally in FMCG or logistics.
- **Proficiency in**:

- **E-way bill** generation and compliance.
- **Daily stock sheet** management.
- **Inward/Outward** stock tracking.
- Managing **opening and closing stock**.
- Coordinating **dispatch and pending deliveries**.
- **Transport and route planning**.
- **Ensuring safety and regulatory compliance**.
- Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems (SAP, Tally, Oracle) and MS Excel.
- Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
