**Job Title**: Trained Graduate Teacher (TGT) - English

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in English language and literature for students in classes 6 to 10.
- Teach core aspects of English, including grammar, composition, comprehension, and creative writing.
- Guide students through the study of prose, poetry, drama, and other literary genres.
- Use innovative teaching methods and technology to enhance classroom engagement and learning.
- Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and projects.
- Provide individualized support to address the diverse needs and abilities of students.
- Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, effective communication, and creativity.
- Prepare students for academic assessments and competitive exams where applicable.
- Maintain discipline, manage classroom behavior, and encourage positive student interactions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary lessons and school activities.
- Communicate regularly with parents/guardians regarding student performance and development.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field (required).
- Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) or equivalent teaching qualification (required).
- Proven experience teaching English at the middle or secondary school level.
- Strong knowledge of English language pedagogy and curriculum standards.
- Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
- Creativity, patience, and adaptability to meet varied learning needs.
- Proficiency in using technology for teaching and learning (preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
