Telecaller

**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products/services.

Handle inbound inquiries and provide relevant information to customers.

Achieve daily/weekly/monthly targets for call volume and sales.

Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions in the CRM system.

Follow up on leads and convert them into sales opportunities.

Resolve customer queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.

Provide feedback on customer preferences and market trends to the management.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to optimize the sales process.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business or a related field is a plus.

Proven experience as a Telecaller or in a similar customer service/sales role.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Ability to handle rejection and remain

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
