Guest Relations Executive

Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression.

Provide accurate and detailed information about the restaurant's menu, specials, promotions, and services to guests.

Assist guests with seating arrangements and ensure efficient table management.

Monitor guest satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues in a timely and effective manner, striving to exceed customer expectations.

Build strong relationships with guests, taking note of their preferences, special occasions, and dietary restrictions to personalize their dining experience.

Coordinate with other restaurant staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and kitchen personnel, to ensure seamless service and guest satisfaction.

Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement customer service policies, procedures, and training programs.

Conduct regular follow-ups with guests to gather feedback and evaluate their experience, implementing improvements based on customer suggestions.

Keep updated records of guest interactions, feedback, and resolutions in the restaurant's customer relationship management (CRM) system.

Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute guest loyalty programs, special events, and promotional activities.

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for service enhancement and revenue generation.

Uphold the restaurant's brand image and reputation by maintaining a professional demeanor and adhering to company standards and guidelines.

Maintain a thorough knowledge of the restaurant's policies, procedures, and safety regulations to ensure compliance.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
