The General Manager (GM) is responsible for overseeing all daily operations, ensuring the business runs efficiently and profitably. This includes managing staff, financial planning, implementing policies, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while meeting organizational goals. The GM works closely with department heads to align operations with the company's strategic objectives.
**Key Responsibilities:1. Leadership & Team Management**:
- Provide overall leadership and direction to all departments.
- Recruit, train, and evaluate team members to ensure peak performance.
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and productivity.
- Delegate responsibilities and set performance expectations for staff.
**2. Operations Management**:
- Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes.
- Monitor inventory, supply chain, and resource allocation.
- Implement and maintain operational standards and best practices.
- Address and resolve operational challenges promptly.
**3. Financial Oversight**:
- Prepare and manage budgets to align with company goals.
- Analyze financial reports to track revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
**4. Strategic Planning**:
- Develop and execute business strategies to drive growth and profitability.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform decision-making.
- Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and service improvements.
- Collaborate with senior management to define long-term objectives.
**5. Customer Experience**:
- Ensure the delivery of exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
- Handle escalated customer concerns and complaints professionally.
- Monitor customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
**6. Compliance & Risk Management**:
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and organizational requirements.
- Implement health and safety standards across operations.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
**Qualifications:Education & Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably as a general manager or in a similar capacity.
- Strong understanding of business operations, financial management, and strategic planning.
**Skills & Abilities**:
- Exceptional leadership and team-building skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent communication IN MALAYALAM and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in business management software and financial tools.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
**Work Environment**:
- Combination of office and field work depending on the nature of the business.
- May require occasional travel, evenings, or weekends to meet business needs.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
