**Position Title**: Real Estate Data Entry Operator
**Location**: Chennai
**Employment Type**: Full-time

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Input real estate data, including property listings, transaction details, client information, and contract details, into the database accurately and efficiently.
- Verify data for accuracy and completeness.
- Review, update, and maintain existing property data, ensuring that records are current and accurate.
- Ensure proper categorization and classification of properties and client details.
- Process and organize documents related to real estate transactions, including contracts, purchase agreements, and listings.
- Generate reports and assist with the preparation of marketing materials.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that data entered aligns with business objectives.
- Maintain confidentiality and protect sensitive information.
- Respond to any discrepancies in the data and take corrective actions as needed.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as required by the team.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required. Additional certification or degree in real estate, administration, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in data entry, preferably in real estate or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and real estate software/tools (CRM, MLS systems, etc.).
- Excellent typing speed and accuracy with attention to detail.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with real estate terminology and property listing processes is preferred.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Basic knowledge of property management or real estate transactions.
- Ability to learn new software systems quickly.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
