**Job Type**: Full-Time
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Maintaining Hostel**:
- Ensure smooth functioning of the hostel by managing daily operations and facilities.
- Oversee the safety, comfort, and well-being of all hostel residents.
- **Maintaining Discipline**:
- Enforce rules and regulations to maintain discipline among boys.
- Monitor behavior and resolve any issues within the hostel.
- **Hygiene Management**:
- Ensure cleanliness and hygiene standards are met in the hostel and common areas.
- Oversee regular cleaning routines and proper waste management.
- **Engagement in Mobilization**:
- Assist in mobilizing students for various programs and activities at the center.
- Promote participation in skills development and training.
- **Student Calling**:
- Communicate with students regarding attendance, schedules, and other important updates.
- **Student Admissions**:
- Assist in the admission process by providing information and helping students with the necessary documentation.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in hostel management or a similar role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to maintain discipline and handle a diverse group of students.
- Knowledge of basic hygiene practices and maintenance.
- Experience in student mobilization or admissions is a plus.
**Educational Qualification**:
- Minimum: Graduation. (Experience in hostel management is an added advantage).
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹12,000.00 per month
