JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and create high-quality 2D animations, including character movements, object interactions, and environmental effects.
- Collaborate with the animation team, art directors, and designers to understand project requirements and contribute to the overall artistic vision.Utilize various animation techniques, including keyframe animation, tweening, and rigging, to achieve the desired effects.
- Ensure animations and produced within the given timeline while maintaining the highest level of quality and artistic integrity.Troubleshoot and solve technical issues related to animation and propose creative solutions.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, techniques, and tools to continuously improve animation quality and efficiency.
- Provide feedback and support to other team members to enhance the overall quality of animation and maintain consistency across projects.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as game designers or film directors, to understand the requirements and integrate animation effectively.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of animation pipelines and workflows to optimize productivity and streamline the animation process.

JOB REQUIRENMENTS
- Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in 2D animation techniques, including character animation, object animation and special effects.
- Proficiency in industry-standard animation software such as Adobe Animate, Toon Boom Harmony, Adobe Flash or similar tools.
- Solid understanding of animation principles, timing, and character acting.
- Knowledge of storyboarding, layout design, and composition.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within a team environments.
- Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on animation to achieve the desired outcome.
- Flexibility to adapt to different art styles and projects requirements. Prior experience in the animation industry, such as working on animation films, TV shows, commercial, or video games.

**Salary**: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
