**Research Intern**

**What will you do?**

The Research Intern will work closely with Research Associates, research implementation team, and other field staff to help implement various research projects. Key responsibilities include (but not limited to):

- Designing survey instruments and making regular field visits to monitor data collection activities (can be to rural areas)
- Helping to identify potential threats to research design, proposing solutions, and escalating as needed
- Conducting secondary research and literature reviews
- Ensuring research and data protocols are upheld
- Assisting in project documentation
- Preparing policy memos and brochures on past and on-going research
- Cleaning data required for the analysis of a study
- Coordinating with the administrative and finance teams on a variety of tasks related to payment and contracts of field staff
- Assisting in stakeholder management

**Research Measurement Intern**

**What will you do?**

The Research Intern (Measurement) will work closely with Research Associates on a new exciting initiative on survey methods. The Intern will work on, but not limited to,
- Conducting secondary research and literature reviews on new survey design and measurement techniques
- Explore survey validation techniques
- Secondary Data Analysis
- Helping to identifying potential threats to research design, proposing solutions, and escalating as needed.
- Assisting in project documentation.
- Cleaning data required for the analysis of a study.
