Overview: A Back Office Executive plays a vital role in the smooth functioning of an organization by providing administrative support and performing various tasks. They work behind the scenes to ensure the efficient operation of the company's back-end processes. The role involves handling paperwork, data entry, maintaining records, and coordinating with different departments within the organization.
- **Responsibilities**:_
- **Data Entry and Documentation**: Accurate and timely data entry of various information into the company's database or systems. This includes inputting details, financial transactions, inventory records, and any other relevant data.
- **Record Management**: Maintaining physical and electronic records of documents, files, and reports. Ensuring documents are properly filed, organized, and easily accessible when needed.
- **Coordination**: Coordinating with different departments, team members, and external employees to ensure seamless communication and collaboration on various projects or tasks.
- **Report Generation**: Preparing periodic reports, presentations, and analysis based on collected data or information. Presenting findings to superiors or relevant stakeholders.
- **Quality Control**: Ensuring accuracy and consistency in data entry, documentation, and reports. Identifying and rectifying any errors or discrepancies.
- **Compliance**: Adhering to company policies and procedures related to data handling, confidentiality, and security.
- **Process Improvement**: Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency enhancement in the back-office operations. Proposing and implementing solutions to streamline workflow.

**Experience**:

- Fresher or 1 year

**Qualification**:

- Bachelor Degree

**Skills**:

- Proven experience in a similar back-office or administrative role is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Adaptability to changing priorities and willingness to take on additional responsibilities as needed.

**Salary**: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
