Microsoft Azure Trainer (Part-Time, Weekends)

**Location**: Pune (Wakad, Baner, and Kharadi)

**Compensation**:

- 4 LPA - 4.5 LPA

**Working Hours**:

- Weekend, Saturday, and Sunday **9 AM - 6 PM**

**Position Overview**:We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable part-time Microsoft Azure
Trainer to join our team. As a Microsoft Azure Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions on various Azure technologies and services to individuals or groups of learners. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has expertise in Microsoft
Azure and enjoys sharing their knowledge with others. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, ideal for individuals looking to supplement their existing work or commitments.

**Responsibilities**:Conduct Training Sessions, Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on Microsoft Azure technologies and services, catering to learners of different skill levels and backgrounds.

**Curriculum Development**:Create and update training materials, including presentations, demonstrations, lab exercises, and other resources, to ensure the content is up-to-date and aligns with the latest Azure features and updates.

**Customize Training**:Adapt training content based on the specific needs and requirements of learners, tailoring examples and exercises to their industry or job roles whenever necessary.

**Hands-on Lab Assistance**:Provide guidance and support during lab exercises, helping learners troubleshoot issues, understand key concepts, and complete practical tasks successfully. Evaluation and Feedback: Assess learners' progress, evaluate training effectiveness, and provide constructive feedback to enhance the learning experience and address areas for improvement.

**Stay Updated**:Continuously expand your knowledge of Microsoft Azure by keeping up with the latest industry trends, updates, and certifications related to Azure services.

**Requirements: Technical Expertise**:In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with
Microsoft Azure technologies, including Azure infrastructure, networking, storage, virtual machines, databases, and other core services. Azure Certifications: Possess relevant Azure certifications, such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified:
Azure Developer Associate, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. Training
Experience: Proven experience in delivering technical training or educational sessions, either

in-person or virtually, with the ability to engage and inspire learners. Communication Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner.

Adaptability: Ability to customize training content and adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs and learning styles of participants. Continuous Learning: Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying up-to-date with the latest Azure updates, features, and industry best practices. Organization and Time
Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while adhering to deadlines.

Flexibility: Willingness to work part-time hours with a flexible schedule, accommodating learners' availability and training demands.

**Preferred Qualifications**:Experience in designing and delivering hands-on labs or practical exercises to reinforce learning objectives.

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
