Potencia Academy LLP is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be instrumental in devising and executing our digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, attract prospective students, and engage with our existing student community. You will leverage various digital channels to effectively communicate the value and benefits of Potencia Academy's educational offerings.

**Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and optimize engaging content for our website, blog, social media channels, and other digital platforms to attract and retain our target audience.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize strategies for improved outcomes.
- Manage and grow our social media presence, fostering meaningful interactions with students, parents, and other stakeholders while maintaining the brand's voice and identity.
- Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content for marketing campaigns.
- Implement SEO best practices to improve the website's organic visibility and search engine rankings.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in digital marketing, recommending innovative strategies to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities and potential areas for improvement.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the education sector.
- Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and content marketing best practices.
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop engaging and compelling content.
- Analytical skills to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
