**Job Summary**

To provide an efficient, accurate, responsive and professional Payroll to our clients

**Responsibilities and Duties**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Assess and analyse data received from clients as input and get it corrected/clarified in case of discrepancies
- Ensure payroll is processed accurately to meet agreed deadlines
- Generate accurate results from the payroll runs as per the set standard and policies
- Follow strict non-disclosure policy set by the company
- Prepare full & final settlements considering both statutory compliance and client policies
- Work closely with client personnel to ensure timely deliverables

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Graduate: Preferably in Commerce, Taxation or Payroll
- Minimum experience of 2 years in Payroll process role
- Clear understanding of Payroll processes and compliance associated
- Should be **Very Good**at Microsoft Excel
