We are hiring for **VTL Operator **

**Experience Required **:2-4 years as VTL Operator

**Qualification Required**: ITI

**Location **:Buttibori (Nagpur)

**Salary **:16k-22k per month

**Job Description**:

- Knowledge of component setups, methods and procedures,
- Should be able to upload/download CNC programs to machine controller,
- Select and check cutting tools per program or CNC documents
- Experience in setting up job for production orders, first lots, tool tryouts or run previously set-up job by reviewing work order,
- Monitor machine during operation for unusual vibration or sounds, visual check of cutter path, clearance, chips to ensure smooth operation
- Makes fine adjustments to machine to bring part within tolerances
- Performs machine operating adjustments and regulates and controls such functions as coolant flow, machine rate and related machine operations.
- Check work during each operation and after completed job to ensure parts are complete as per drawing and that there are no defects (e.g., tool marks, mismatch, and incorrect cutter finish.)
- Ability to read and interpret detailed instructions and engineering drawings
- Provide input for a Process Improvement
- Reading/Interpreting engineering drawings & parameters.
- Conversant with Programming on Fanuc/Siemens control.
- Hands on experience with operating/setting/programming on CNC horizontal machining center
- Conversant with measuring equipments and self inspection of manufactured part.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
