Ensure monthly financial close activities are completed on a timely basis.
- Financial analysis / reviews to assure integrity and quality of financial information and ensure that general accounting operations are complied with the Agilent's Accounting and Finance Manual and SOX Controls.
- Lead various enterprise wide and process related improvement projects.
- Advise and provide solutions to improve the current systems and process.
- Hands on person who can handle work pressures, and lead by example.
- Understand priorities and adopt a customer centric approach within the overall team charter.
- Coordinating with cross functions and cross-countries.
- Facilitate strong relationship with business partners especially CCO, AP, AR, Business Finance team, etc. through effective communication and regular interaction.
- Enable and provide guidance, direction and support to team members to help them develop themselves and meet their goals.
- Should be a good team player.
- Ensure effective communication across teams and stakeholders. Keeps management informed of progress, key issues and changes which may impact the operations.
- Generate new actionable insights by meaningful dashboards and present them to stakeholders.
- Lead projects, audits and solve complex issues and guide the team on the same.
- Bachelor or Master Degree in Accounting & Finance. CA/CPA equivalent would be an added advantage
- 6-7 years of experience.
- Excellent command over accounting principles.
- Good working knowledge on Excel.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem solving ability
