**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Export Documentation**: Prepare and manage export documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
- **Logistics Coordination**: Oversee the shipping process, including coordination with freight forwarders, carriers, and customs brokers to ensure smooth delivery.
- **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and export laws, and stay updated on any changes.
- **Customer Communication**: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries and providing updates on shipment status.
- **Order Management**: Track and manage export orders from receipt through to delivery, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- **Sales Support**:

- Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for international clients. Respond to customer inquiries regarding products, pricing, and availability in a timely manner.
- **Problem Solving**: Resolve any issues or delays in the export process promptly and effectively.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree into commerce, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in export coordination, preferably in the manufacturing or elevator industry.
- Strong understanding of export procedures, customs regulations, and international shipping practices.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and experience with export management software.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
