Salary:

- 20,000 To 25,000 Per Month

Education:

- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management

Experience:

- Total Experience : 5 Years with Hotel Industry
- Minimum Experience : 1 -3 Years of Proven experience in a kitchen supervisory role

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee daily kitchen operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to quality standards
- Supervise kitchen staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate stock
- Implement and enforce sanitation and safety procedures in the kitchen
- Collaborate with the chef to develop and update menu offerings
- Train new kitchen employees and conduct regular performance evaluations
- Manage scheduling and ensure adequate staffing levels for smooth operations
- Resolve issues and conflicts within the kitchen team
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

**Requirements**:

- Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and kitchen operations
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Understanding of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
