**Key Responsibilities**:

- Conduct fitness assessments and create customized workout plans
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques to ensure safety and effectiveness
- Motivate and support clients to help them achieve their fitness goals
- Provide guidance on general health and nutrition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of gym equipment and training areas
- Monitor client progress and adjust programs as needed
- Enforce gym rules and ensure safety standards are met
- Stay updated with the latest fitness trends and techniques

**Requirements**:

- Certification from a recognized fitness organization
- Previous experience as a fitness trainer or personal trainer preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Physically fit and able to demonstrate exercises

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 30 - 40 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Evening shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Performance bonus
- Yearly bonus
