We are Urgently hiring for marketing executive role.

**Experience** -1 - 3 Years

**Location** - Vikhroli west

**CTC Offer** - 3 to 4 LPA

**Working days** - 5 days working

**Job Description:

- **

Coordinating with clients & guide them with documentation for admission with depositories

Arrange business meetings with prospective clients

Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction

Recognize and reach out to clients to pitch products and services.

To co-ordinate and lesioning with Depositories ( NSDL/CDSL) for procuring of ISIN

Need to interact with Clients and resolve their queries / grievances efficiently

Closely working with team members to understand the requirements on specific tasks and executing the task in timely and effective manner

Scrutiny of admission related documents for PMLA compliance

Providing monthly MIS details to management.

Knowledge of SALES FORCE

Co-ordinating with Investment Bankers/Merchant Bankers for SME IPO leads.

**Requirement**:

- Minimum 1-2 year of experience in Fin field.

**OPS-**

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Should have skills to organically grow business with existing client

Preparation of Quotes &sharing the same with the Customers

Follow through with clients and ensure satisfaction

Follow up with leads aggressively and achieve set targets

Follow up with Depositories for final executed agreements

Preserving of agreements in the common folder for both the depositories

Guiding the clients for post ISIN related activities

**MIS & Accounts**

Prepare MIS and inter office notes for taking internal approvals (Daily/Weekly MIS)

Updating INSTA on regular basis & sharing Pro-forma Invoices with the Clients

Follow-up with the clients for Advance payments & update INSTA on receipt of the same.

Co-ordinate with accounts team for Final Invoices & sharing the same with Clients

Updating the sales force module on regular basis.

**Salary**: ₹300,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
