The Accounts Executive will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the organization, ensuring accurate accounting and financial reporting, handling day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, and maintaining the company's financial health.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Financial Record Keeping**: Maintain and update financial records and transactions, including journals, ledgers, and invoices.
- **Accounts Payable & Receivable**: Manage the full accounts payable (AP) and receivable (AR) processes, including invoicing, payments, and reconciliations.
- **Bank Reconciliation**: Reconcile bank statements, ensure proper documentation of receipts, and address discrepancies.
- **General Ledger Maintenance**: Assist in maintaining the general ledger by recording day-to-day transactions.
- **Financial Reporting**: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.
- **Internal Auditing**: Assist in conducting internal audits and ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- **Vendor & Client Communication**: Communicate with vendors and clients regarding payment schedules, account status, and resolve any discrepancies.
- **Process Improvement**: Identify areas of improvement within financial processes and recommend changes to enhance accuracy and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Must be B.Com or M.Com.
- **Experience**: 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
- **Technical Skills**: Proficient in accounting software (Tally) and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
