**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Lead the development and implementation of solutions using Kofax TotalAgility Essentials to streamline business processes.
- Oversee the integration of Kofax Transformation Modules to enhance data extraction and document processing capabilities.
- Provide expertise in Kofax Capture to ensure efficient document management and workflow automation.
- Utilize Kofax Kapow to automate data integration and web data extraction tasks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and develop solutions tailored to the Cards and Payments domain.
- Ensure that all developed solutions meet the highest standards of quality and performance.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to maintain code quality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to Kofax products and integrations.
- Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and development methodologies.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in Kofax technologies and the Cards and Payments industry.
- Participate in project planning and provide accurate estimates for development tasks.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of development processes and practices.

**Qualifications**
- Demonstrate expertise in Kofax Transformation Modules for advanced data extraction and document processing.
- Have extensive experience with Kofax Capture for efficient document management.
- Show proficiency in Kofax Kapow for data integration and web data extraction.
- Exhibit strong knowledge of the Cards and Payments domain and its specific requirements.
- Display excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Possess strong communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders and team members.
- Have a proven track record of mentoring and guiding junior developers.
- Show commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with industry trends.
