**Job Title**: Faculty for Business Analytics

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching**:

- Teach undergraduate and/or graduate courses in Business Analytics, Data Science, and related fields.
- Develop, update, and deliver course content, including lectures, assessments, and projects.
- Use innovative teaching techniques and tools to engage students and enhance their learning experiences.
- **Research and Scholarship**:

- Conduct research in business analytics, data science, or related areas.
- Publish in reputable journals and present at conferences.
- Collaborate with industry and academic partners on research initiatives.
- **Curriculum Development**:

- Design and refine curriculum and course offerings to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
- Stay updated on the latest analytical tools and software, ensuring students gain hands-on experience.
- **Student Mentorship and Advising**:

- Provide academic and career guidance to students, including supervising capstone projects, internships, and thesis work.
- **Industry Engagement**:

- Build and maintain partnerships with industry leaders to facilitate guest lectures, internships, and collaborative projects.
- Organize seminars, workshops, and events to enhance students’ industry exposure.
- **Institutional Contribution**:

- Participate in faculty meetings, committees, and other academic activities.
- Contribute to the development and success of the Business Analytics program and the institution.

**Qualifications**:

- Ph.D. or Master's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in teaching or training in business analytics or data science.
- Strong knowledge of data analytics tools, software, and methodologies, such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI, etc.
- A proven track record of research and publications (preferred).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Industry experience in data analytics or a related field is a plus.
