As a technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and supporting various smart technologies designed to enhance urban infrastructure and safety. You will work closely with engineers, project managers, and other technicians to ensure the seamless implementation of smart city technologies, including surveillance systems, IoT sensors, traffic management systems, and emergency response technologies.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Installation & Setup: Install, configure, and integrate various smart city devices such as surveillance cameras, smart sensors, traffic management systems, lighting controls, and communication infrastructure. Assist in the deployment of network infrastructure and ensure all devices are properly connected to the central monitoring systems.

**Maintenance & Support**:

- Conduct routine maintenance and troubleshooting of smart city devices and systems.
- Ensure the functionality of devices like CCTV cameras, traffic sensors, and public safety systems.
- Provide technical support to system users and stakeholders, addressing any issues or malfunctions promptly.

**Troubleshooting & Problem-Solving**:

- Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues related to hardware, software, and network connections.
- Maintain accurate records of all technical support actions taken, including issues, repairs, and resolutions.

**System Monitoring**:

- Monitor real-time data from smart city systems, ensuring performance is optimal.
- Report any system irregularities or failures to the project team for immediate resolution.

**Education**:
Diploma or degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

**Experience**:

- Proven experience in working with smart city technologies, surveillance systems, IoT devices, or similar urban infrastructure technologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and maintaining electronic systems and equipment.

**Technical Skills**:

- Familiarity with networking protocols, CCTV systems, traffic management systems, and IoT devices.
- Proficient in the use of diagnostic tools and equipment for system troubleshooting and repair.
- Basic knowledge of programming, system integration, and automation is a plus.

**Languages**:

- Hindi/English/Telugu

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
