**Roles and Responsibilities**
Location : Hyderabad
Preferable: Female
Experience: 1-3 years in admin/reception
Qualification: Any Graduate, Computer Proficiency
Language: Telugu & English (Hindi will be added advantage)
**Responsibilities**:
1.Maintaining front office reception, Incoming calls, Notice Board
2.Updating Staff Register periodically
3.Coordinating with Central Admin for common facilities shared by team viz HR, Finance, Transport, Canteen, House Keeping, Infra Structure Maintenance, IT, security etc.
4.Maintaining copies of all HR related forms, resignation letters, No dues etc.
5.Coordinating with IT team to get/remove the access of new Joinees/Relieved staff.
6.Maintenance of House Keeping records and monitoring all Housekeeping activities
7.Shift staff details updation in Leave management System. Monitor & follow-up with Team leads and HOD for pending approval of attendance.
8.To forward the Training records, Supplier invoices, other statutory communications, Payment cheques etc to accounts.
10.Receipt and dispatch of Internal and external Documents.
