**About the Role**:
We are looking for a passionate and creative Graphic Design Faculty to join our team. As a faculty member, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality teaching and training to students in various aspects of graphic design, with a focus on hands-on learning using industry-standard software. This is a fantastic opportunity for fresh graduates or those with mínimal experience to share their knowledge, foster creativity, and help shape the next generation of graphic designers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach and mentor students in graphic design principles, techniques, and software tools.
- Develop and deliver engaging and interactive lessons in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Guide students through practical projects and assignments to enhance their design skills.
- Provide constructive feedback on student work and help them improve their portfolios.
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
- Collaborate with the academic team to ensure curriculum relevance and effectiveness.
- Assist in organizing workshops, design competitions, and other extracurricular activities.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, CorelDRAW, Adobe Premiere Pro, and Adobe After Effects.
- Strong design fundamentals, including typography, color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to inspire and motivate students to explore their creative potential.
- Patience, adaptability, and a willingness to continuously learn and evolve in the field of design.

**Preferred**:

- Previous teaching or training experience (internships or freelance teaching are acceptable).
- A portfolio demonstrating your expertise in graphic design and related areas.
