**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks across digital marketing and IT projects.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, design, development, QC) to ensure timely project delivery.
- Help manage project timelines, resources, and task assignments using project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, Jira).
- Monitor project progress and prepare status reports for internal and client use.
- Support in quality control checks, documentation, and process audits.
- Assist in onboarding new clients and team members by preparing documentation and walkthroughs.
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Track KPIs and performance data related to client campaigns, product launches, and team efficiency.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Marketing, or a related field (or final year student).
- Strong interest in digital marketing, technology, and project management.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Familiarity with tools like Google Workspace, MS Office, and project management platforms.
- Fast learner, with the ability to adapt to new tools and technologies.
- A proactive, problem-solving attitude with strong attention to detail.
