**Key Responsibilities**:

- Teach undergraduate and/or postgraduate pharmacy courses, including theoretical and practical aspects.
- Develop and update course curriculum as per industry standards and regulatory guidelines.
- Mentor and advise students on academic and career development.
- Engage in scholarly research, publications, and professional development activities.
- Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and conferences.
- Collaborate with industry experts for guest lectures, internships, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with pharmacy education regulations and accreditation standards.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- B.Pharm/ M.Pharm or Ph.D. in Pharmacy (specialization in Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related fields preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of teaching/research/industry experience in pharmacy education.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines (PCI, AICTE, etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for teaching, research, and student mentorship.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Experience in curriculum design and academic administration.
- Ability to integrate technology into teaching and learning.
- Strong research background with publications in reputed journals.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

- Siwan, Bihar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
