- Provides leadership in creating and maintaining academic standards and policies.
- Focus on Placements, Quality Education, faculty management, Conferences, and Industry Visit arrangements.
- Tie up with other universities and all development activities & knowledge exchange programs.
- Reviewing academic programs, budgets, and policies and improving upon them.
- Maintain a positive relationship with other academic institutions, organizations, and the broader community.
- Supervising staff and addressing any performance issues and Handling a range of administrative duties, including preparing reports.
- Building networks with other academic institutions and ensuring university standards are maintained and that academic freedom is protected.
- Supervises the deans of the departments, Serves on several councils, and provides valuable input as well as listening to colleagues suggestions.
- To encourage and reward research, academic excellence and collegial participation throughout the University
- Should have good knowledge & leadership skills to lead and manage the overall development of the university.
- To build effective and productive relationships with key influencers in government, business and professional bodies.

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month
