**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities : Client Interaction & Sales Support**:
- Assist potential buyers by providing details about **residential, commercial, and plotting projects**.
- Schedule and coordinate site visits, accompany clients, and highlight key project features.
- Maintain strong follow-ups with prospective clients to convert leads into sales.
- Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, agreements, and related documents.
**Sales Coordination & Documentation**:
- Maintain and update the customer database (CRM).
- Ensure proper documentation for bookings, payments, and handovers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (legal, finance, CRM, and possession teams) to facilitate smooth property transactions.
- Track and update inventory for available units, plots, and commercial spaces.
**Marketing & Promotions**:
- Assist in organizing promotional events, exhibitions, and site launches.
- Support marketing efforts by distributing brochures, managing digital campaigns, and engaging with prospective buyers on social media.
- Keep updated with real estate market trends and competitor offerings.
**Required Skills & Qualifications**:
- **Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- **Experience**: 0.6-2 year in real estate sales or a customer-facing role
- **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in MS Office, CRM software, and digital marketing tools is a plus.
- **Soft Skills**: Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- **Other Requirements**:
- Knowledge of real estate regulations, RERA guidelines, and property transactions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings.
