RS Business Group is seeking a dynamic **Office Cum Field Officer** to handle **office and field operations across multiple business verticals**, including **legal recovery, banking, startup consultancy, e-commerce, real estate, and franchise development**. This role requires a **self-motivated, organized, and field-active individual** who can efficiently execute operational tasks, client handling, and business coordination.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Manage daily office operations and documentation.
Conduct client visits for recovery, legal procedures, and settlements.
Assist in **SARFAESI & NPA recovery**, OTS settlements, and banking legal processes.
Support franchisee and business expansion efforts.
Ensure legal compliance in recovery, contract execution, and regulatory filings.
Assist in sales, marketing, and business development activities.
Maintain daily reports and update CRM systems.
Travel to designated areas for business operations and client handling.

**Key Requirements**:
**Experience**: 1-3 years in **loan recovery, banking operations, legal support, business consultancy, or field sales**.
**Education**: Minimum **graduate in commerce, law, or business administration** (preferred).
**Communication**: Strong verbal & written skills in **Hindi, English & local dialects**.
**Mobility**:Willing to travel extensively** in assigned locations.
**Tech Skills**: Basic knowledge of **MS Office, CRM tools, and banking software**.
**Personality**: Strong **negotiation, multitasking, and problem-solving skills**.
**Legal Knowledge**: Familiarity with **SARFAESI Act, RBI recovery guidelines, banking legal procedures** (preferred).
