**Role Overview**:
The Digital Marketing Executive will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing online marketing campaigns across various digital channels. The role requires a mix of creative and analytical skills to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across **Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads**, and other relevant platforms.
- Manage **SEO and SEM** activities to increase website visibility and organic traffic.
- Track and analyze campaign performance using tools like **Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads Manager**.
- Coordinate with the design and content teams to ensure brand consistency and creative effectiveness.
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels for better conversion rates.
- Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Support in planning and executing online events, webinars, and promotional activities.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles.
- Proficiency with **analytics tools (Google Analytics, Semrush, etc.)**.
- Good understanding of **content marketing and social media strategies**.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team.

**Preferred Skills (Good to Have)**:

- Basic understanding of **Canva, Adobe tools, or video editing** for digital creatives.
- Experience with **marketing automation tools.**:

- Knowledge of **WordPress or website CMS platforms**.
- Experience with **AI-driven marketing automation platforms**.
- Familiarity with **AI tools for graphic design, video creation, and social media scheduling**.

**Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)**:

- Growth in website traffic and social media engagement.
- Improvement in lead generation and conversion rates.
- ROI from digital ad campaigns.
- SEO performance (keyword rankings, organic reach).

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
