**Role Overview**:
As an Admission Counselor, you will play a key role in guiding prospective students and their families through the admission process. You will provide information about ZICA’s courses, career prospects, and the value of the programs, aiming to convert inquiries into successful enrollments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Student Counseling**:

- **Lead Generation & Conversion**:

- **Information Dissemination**:
Communicate course details, curriculum structure, fees, schedules, and career prospects clearly and effectively to prospective students.Regularly follow up with prospects and nurture relationships until enrollment.Address any concerns or queries students may have and maintain a positive relationship even after the admission.Maintain accurate records of all interactions with prospective students in the CRM system.Prepare and update reports on inquiries, leads, and admissions.Stay updated on industry trends, student preferences, and competitor offerings to help adapt ZICA's sales and counseling approach.Contribute to marketing and promotional efforts by participating in events, seminars, and webinars.Work closely with other departments (faculty, administration, marketing) to ensure smooth enrollment processes and an excellent student experience.**Key Skills & Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in education counseling, sales, or customer service, preferably in a creative or educational institution.
- **Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Kannada (or Hindi). Ability to explain complex course structures in an easy-to-understand manner.
- **Sales-Oriented**: Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets. Goal-oriented with a proactive approach to lead generation and conversion.
- **Interpersonal Skills**: Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with students and parents.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle objections and resolve student concerns, offering creative solutions to meet their needs.
- **Organizational Skills**: Ability to manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with CRM software, MS Office, and basic use of social media platforms for lead generation and student communication.
- **Education**: A degree in any discipline. A background in arts, media, design, or related fields would be a plus.

Pay: From ₹18,000.00 per month
