Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

As a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition Specialist will play a key role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to support our company's growth. You will work closely with hiring managers and team leaders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating and scheduling interviews with hiring managers and team members
- Conducting reference checks and background screenings as needed
- Collaborating with the HR team to onboard new hires and ensure a smooth transition
- Implementing best practices for recruitment and talent acquisition to attract top talent
- Assisting with employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice

**Qualifications**:

- **Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field**:

- **Strong understanding of recruitment principles, practices, and techniques.**:

- **Proven track record of sourcing and hiring top talent.**:

- **Experience with employer branding initiatives is a plus**
