Roles and Responsibilities:
Conduct training and support in Assessment as per the given structure & curriculum. Supports selection process/need analysis. One-on-one
- Conduct Sessions on the topics
- Support in content creation
- Support in choosing Shots to be used during module delivery
- Support in maintaining Assessment form
- Support in Conducting Assessments
- Maintain sheets regarding the efficiency rating of Trainees/ Interns/Production Training
- Support in Providing Technical Test
- Guiding & Mentoring Trainees (like buddy system)
- Managing Guest Lecture sessions ensuring participation
- Supporting in Extracurricular Activities & participations
- One-on-One for Individual Production Employees ( ~36 Employees Per month)
- R&D (Exploring Industrial Technical Updates)
- Manage the Production ( Individual Department)

Minimum work experience as Mid Level Artist.
