**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Maintain **day-to-day accounting** for the company and all its branches, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
- Prepare and review **financial statements, ledgers, and trial balance** on a monthly and yearly basis.
- Handle **TDS computation, deduction, payment, and return filing** within stipulated timelines.
- Oversee **bank reconciliations**, vendor and customer account reconciliations.
- Manage **accounts payable and receivable**, ensuring timely payments and collections.
- Coordinate with auditors for **internal and statutory audits** and provide required documentation.
- Monitor **branch accounts**, consolidate reports, and ensure uniform accounting practices across locations.
- Handle **petty cash management** and ensure control over expenses.
- Support management with **budgeting, cash flow forecasting, and MIS reports**.
- Liaise with tax consultants, government departments, and financial institutions as required.

**Qualifications & Experience**:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce / Finance / Accounting (B.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance / CA Inter preferred).
- Minimum **2-5 years of relevant experience** in full-cycle accounting and finance operations.
- Hands-on experience with **Zoho Books is mandatory**.
- Sound knowledge of **GST, TDS, Income Tax, and other statutory compliances**.
- Proficiency in **MS Excel** and financial reporting.
