**Key Responsibilities**:

- Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our construction services, including residential, commercial, and industrial projects.
- Handle inbound calls, respond to customer inquiries, and provide detailed information about our projects and services.
- Identify and qualify leads by gathering relevant information and assessing client needs.
- Schedule meetings or site visits for the sales team or project managers.
- Follow up with leads and clients to ensure timely responses and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain and update accurate client records in the CRM system.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to ensure alignment with promotional campaigns and offers.
- Address client concerns and escalate issues to the relevant departments as needed.
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly targets for lead generation and client engagement.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport and handle customer objections professionally.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet targets.
- Positive attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
