
Front Office Receptionist

As the front of office and often first point of contact for external visitors, your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting all visitors. appointment booking, taking regular feedbacks and follow-ups.
- Customer Relationship Management. Customer record maintenance.
- Attendance maintenance of interns, employees, doctors, clerical staff and others.
- Management of meetings with customers, visitors, staff and applicants (either online or offline).
- Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment and furniture.
- Maintaining office services as required (such as cleaners and maintenance companies).
- Receiving and dispatching deliveries. Assisting with mails as required.
- Taking and ensuring messages are passed to the appropriate staff member on a timely basis.
- Assisting the H.R. team with recruitment, on-boarding and termination processes
- Cold calling and generating leads. Possibly handling event coordination, both internally and externally.
- Providing all the information and records to the company on monthly basis in physical format.
- To meet the desired monthly targets and goals as directed by your supervisor.
- Schedule regular meetings (online or physical) to keep a check on employees' progress on a daily basis
**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
**Salary**: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
