This role is critical to ensure our project oversight and delivery of solutions to the Operations and the Front Office businesses are best in class and scalable to continue supporting growth within the business and our internal technology organization.

Responsibilities/Skills

**What we’ll need from you**:

- 2+ years of hands-on Appian development experience.
- 5-8 years of general coding/software development experience (e.g., Java, JavaScript, SQL).
- Proficiency in Appian components (Process Models, SAIL, CDTs).
- Basic understanding of REST/SOAP APIs and database design.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Eagerness to learn, problem-solving mindset, and strong teamwork.
- Adaptability to fast-paced environments.
- Certifications: Appian Associate Developer certification (preferred but not required).

**Education**:

- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
