**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement **end-to-end social media strategies** aligned with marketing objectives and audience behavior.
- Plan and execute **content calendars** across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, Threads, TikTok, etc.)
- Lead and collaborate on **social-first campaigns**, reels, trend participation, and influencer collaborations.
- Manage and grow brand presence across all key platforms — including **community management** and DMs.
- Create and publish engaging, high-quality content with a focus on **visual storytelling, relatability, and consistency**.
- Collaborate with designers, videographers, and writers to ensure brand-aligned messaging.
- Monitor, analyze, and report **performance metrics** (engagement rate, reach, follower growth, ROI, etc.)
- Stay on top of **platform updates, trend shifts**, and competitor activities.
- Run **social audits** and continuously optimize for performance.
- Work closely with ad teams to align **organic and paid strategies**.

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in social media strategy or management.
- Strong understanding of **content trends**, creator economy, and short-form video formats.
- Proficiency in social media tools (Meta Suite, Buffer, Later, Notion, Canva, etc.)
- Strong copywriting, communication, and visual content briefing skills.
- Passion for data — ability to draw insights from analytics and turn them into actions.
- Ability to **work independently and own brand tone** while adapting across platforms.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
